08 April 2008 - SAA Call Centre (SAA)
I am writing this complain as I wait on SAA's line (0861359722) to be helped. I have been on hold for over 14 minutes already & no one has answered. I want to confirm a reservation - how on earth can SAA provide such appalling service? This is shocking SAA - sort it out. A basic expectation of your customers is that calls should be answered timeously. 16 minutes now. I give up....

ComplaintI have a complaint about the connection fee of DSTV. Where I want to connect as I wish and I pay per day for my connections but Multichioce charge me R50,00 everytime I connect. I do not watch DSTV during the week and I use that to control my school going children not to watch TV during school time, most of all I can not afford to pay about R500.00 per month for DSTV, and on the other subscription of about R199,00, I do not get channels I usually watch.

I only connect DSTV during weekends and school holidays.

I feel that the connection fee is not fair and it disadvantage people like me who can not pay full subscription after paying for my decoder, dish, and connection to be able to see those channels I like at the time I want to watch them.

I hope Multichoice will consider as a serious matter of concern.
