08 April 2008 - SAA Call Centre (SAA)
I am writing this complain as I wait on SAA's line (0861359722) to be helped. I have been on hold for over 14 minutes already & no one has answered. I want to confirm a reservation - how on earth can SAA provide such appalling service? This is shocking SAA - sort it out. A basic expectation of your customers is that calls should be answered timeously. 16 minutes now. I give up....

ComplaintI took out 2 contracts in Nov 05. After 10 months my battery of my LG phone started to give problems. Did not last longer than a day with about 3 phone calls per day. The branch I deal with said they will try and get a battery. Two days later I received a voice mail saying that they do not order these batteries anymore. That was it. I went there again - they will now try and find a battery for me. Now, 3 months later, I am where I was. I have more than R800 on my phone that I paid for but cannot use. They now suddenly found a battery but I must pay R250 for it!. What about the rest of my contract period until Nov 07? What if I stop paying for something that I cannot use? Is there anybody from Vodacom that can help me? I did try the 082-111 complains tel number for 2 days, but I know the mechanical messages by not but still cannot get through.
