| Complaint | About a year ago, we were twice locked inside Canal Walk after coming out from a late movie at Nu Metro. Security was rude to us and refused to help, and we had to find our own way out through the emergency escape routes, which were not clearly marked. After complaining to Canal Walk management, and Nu Metro, we were told that the security was NOT meant to do this, and they would rectify the problem. This evening, we were once again locked inside, and were then actually expected to pay for our parking.
Warning: DO NOT go to Canal Walk late at night. It's dangerous, especially if you are females alone. Security there is useless, and no one gives a damn. I am appalled and disgusted that this is happening again. One day someone is going to have a panic attack and there will be a medical emergency. Canal Walk management: this is irresponsible, and the most appalling customer service ever. |
