| Complaint | Every Saterday morning I do my shopping at Canal Walk. The complaint I have is about their food section. I have for a month now tried to get canned tomatoes with herbs (Italian ) this has been out of stock for over a month now. Large jars of Woolworths mayonnaise also out of stock. Salt and pepper mixed has been out of stock for over a month. They have now opened their new make up section which I must compliment but on asking for my Rose deoderant which they had the week before in abundance they tell me that they are out of stock. It should be in soon so they say. Another thing parsley is sold in closed plastic containers at R5.95 , the parsley I bought the other day was limp and dirty so little it lasts for 2/3 days and after trying to save a few pieces I was so disgusted just gave up and vowed not to buy it again. I then went to Pick n Pay bought a large bunch of lovely curly parsley at R2.95 a bunch This has lasted me 2 weeks now and looks as fresh as the day I bought it. Well all I can say is I am very disapointed with the food section and all their temporarily out of stock signs it makes me think they should get another buyer into that branch. Many thanks. |
