08 April 2008 - SAA Call Centre (SAA)
I am writing this complain as I wait on SAA's line (0861359722) to be helped. I have been on hold for over 14 minutes already & no one has answered. I want to confirm a reservation - how on earth can SAA provide such appalling service? This is shocking SAA - sort it out. A basic expectation of your customers is that calls should be answered timeously. 16 minutes now. I give up....

ComplaintMy washing machine was initially repaired by the aforementioned company in January 2007. After having been repaired, I picked up a problem but still paid the full invoice amount despite the discrepancy. I requested that they return to have a look at it as it still was not functioning properly. I received no repsonse and they never came back despite numerous requests to do so. The machine inevitably broke again displaying identical characteristics as before. They had repaired a pressure switch and charged me R459.42. They collected the machine again and after a plethora of phone calls, emails, they eventually got back to me and advised that it needs a service this time and it will cost R788.00, despite displaying the exact same characterisitcs. I am firmly of the opinion that they are pulling the wool over my eyes as they do not want to be responsible for insufficiently repairing it the first time round. The people I have spoken to are Debbie Snyman and a lady named Helene whom has never given me the time of day whenever I have spoken to her. I feel as thought I have been duped as a customer and now have to pay and enrich the delinquent parties. please assist.
