I am writing this complain as I wait on SAA's line (0861359722) to be helped. I have been on hold for over 14 minutes already & no one has answered. I want to confirm a reservation - how on earth can SAA provide such appalling service? This is shocking SAA - sort it out. A basic expectation of your customers is that calls should be answered timeously. 16 minutes now. I give up....

ComplaintMNET subscribers have to listen to DOUBLE and TRIPLE sets of broadcasting in English times two as well as AFRIKAANS with DOUBLE the spectator noise when watching the matches during open time at MONTAGU W-Cape in the Klein Karoo. WE PAY FOR A PROPER SEREVICE, BUT EVERY SINGLE SATURDAY it is the same triple sound being heard with NO PLEARURE at all. We switch off the sound!!!! What a disgrace. There are no contact Numbers to notify, just M-Choice, which takes so long to respond, the MATCH WILL BE OVER BEFORE THEY ANSWER. PLEASE: The semi-finals are next WEEK !!!!! WE HAVE PAID FOR A DECENT COMMENTARY>
Response on behalf of Montagu Country HotelIt seems to me there was total confusion about this whole issue. THE COMPLAINT I RAISED WAS AGAINST M-NET. THIS IS A PRIVATE MATTER, BETWEEN A PRIVATE SUBSCRIBER, MYSELF BEING J.C. HANEKOM AND THE SOUND QUALITY SATURDAYS DURING OPEN TIME.
THE MONTAGU COUNTRY HOTEL, AS SUCH ALSO HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE QUALITY OF SOUND DISTRIBUTED BY M-NET IN THIS REGION !!!
ANYBODY CONNECTING ME AS AN INDIVIDUAL WITH THIS HOTEL HAS TOTALLY MISCONSTRUED THE WHOLE ISSUS. WE AS SUBSCRIBERS OF M-NET FEEL ENTITLED TO A DECENT SERVICE, BUT SUFFER AS SOOS AS OPEN TIME IS STARTED FROM 17H00 ...........ONLY DURING RGUBY MATCHES. PLEASE LEAVE THIS PROUD ESTABLISHMENT OUT OF SPHERE OF THIS COMPLAINT AGAINST M-NET AND MULTI-CHOICE
