| Complaint | I have been a victim of illegal connection of my water meter. I moved into my cluster home in April 2006,however I was billed from September 2005. The developer was aware of this problem however has done nothing to date to sort this out, the connection was done with his knowledge.
My meter is now connected to the guards quarters,garden services and maintenance, my account is over R500 a month. I work 7-5, and live alone, it's impossible for me to use that amount of water. Jhb Water are useless brainless idiots, who cannot understand simple english to even help sort out this problem. I have called 011 6881600 jhb water 86 times and have my phone bill to prove it. |
