| Complaint | On the 05/04/2007 Leon quoted me R6 600.00 to replace my engine R5 100.00 paid in advance a tow truck towed my car to BROWNS. Leon quoted three day's delivery.
For a month of daily phone calls and pathetic excuses,my car was finally delivered to me by Leon Pillay as agreed I gave Leon Pillay a lift home,this giving me the oppotunity to test drive the car with a staff witness.
The car had no power,my speedo cruise did not work,the car was jerking. Phoned Leon,Leon quoted"BRING THE CAR IN TOMORROW,I'LL SORT IT OUT."
The following day I went to BROWN'S. Leon fiddled,took the car for a test drive,"THERE IS NO POWER"he stated,"LETS CHANGE THE HEAD".
That was the 08/05/2007.On the23/05/2007 I popped in,complaining,mentioning my fuel consumtion 100km using half a tank of petrol Leon responded with not my problem attitude.
I phoned on Friday 25/05/2007."YOUR HEAD IS READY,BRING IT IN ON MONDAY".Well now its Saturday,they don't normaly open on Saturday? do I believe them ? how can I?
