| Complaint | I have now written several e-mails and submitted a previous complaint on this site which have been answered. (ref 88493365 complaint number 58)
Ster Kinekor: you are sidestepping the issue. It is clear from your responds that you do not understand the issue. I repeat: I am aware of the fact that moviemoola expires if not used within a 12 month period. But when does that 12 month period starts or end. Please tell me where I can find this information. |

The 12 month period starts on the day you watch the movie. i.e if you watch a movie on the 5th september 2006 that moola expires on 5th September 2007. |
