On 29/05/2006 I received an e- mail to say that I have R40,35 movie mola credit. About a week later when I checked at the self-help centre, the credits were 0. I send an e-mail to Ster Kinekor to query this and was told that after one year you lose the credits.
There is no joining date - not on the card and not on the web site for information about movie mola - to refer to. Ster Kinekor did not inform me of a possible date of expiry.How am I suppuse to know when my credits will expire?
I therefor consider this as malpractice.
I do take this in a very serious light and expect Ster Kinekor to not only grant me the credits, but also rectifying this severe flaw in the system whereby thousands of movie goers are cheated.
