| Complaint | I joined amazing voucher of end of Feb-beginning of March 2007, and my package didn't come until I sent an email out to them saying I'm cancelling the contract (it was still within the initial period),I got a reply giving me the card details, saying I can use it while waiting for the card. I sent another email saying I still want to cancel, got a reply from Lauren now, saying I can't cancel bcs the initial period has expired.
My 1st email was sent within the right time, I think the guy that replied was Kevin... and now they say I can't...
Please help...
