| Complaint | They called me saying they got my number from a friend. they told me i pay R195 per month but now itsR250.00
They told me this could benefit me even if i live in soweto but it doesnt. the vouchers are for people who live in the surburbs and those who have cars. when i called to cancel they told me im in a binding contract for 24 months. they didnt tell me this when i applied. and justin told me there are things in your contract you are never told. I didnt sign any contract.when i ask them to send me my contract they tell me they dont have it on paper. Im going to be paying 195 for nothing because i wont be able to redeem those vouchers, the places are to far from where i live. Dont i have a right as a customer to cancel this because its useless and i didnt sign anything. I hate myself for falling for this scam ,im going to lose money i worked hard for. please can somebody help me with legal advise |

Your sales application was audited 100%, which means the sales consultant you spoke to made you aware of the cancellation procedure and the once off admin fee of R100. The voice recording is readily available if you would like confirmation that the above mentioned was told to you.
