08 April 2008 - SAA Call Centre (SAA)
I am writing this complain as I wait on SAA's line (0861359722) to be helped. I have been on hold for over 14 minutes already & no one has answered. I want to confirm a reservation - how on earth can SAA provide such appalling service? This is shocking SAA - sort it out. A basic expectation of your customers is that calls should be answered timeously. 16 minutes now. I give up....

ComplaintOn 20th May 2006 we went to Cinema Noveau in Johannesburg. We bought our cinema tickets from the self-service machines. No problem. Then we put our movie club cards into the machine to check the movie club balance. My card and that of my partner each had a free ticket due to it. We didn't take our free tickets as we were about to go away. When we went to the cinema on the 5th of August, we tried to claim our free tickets.We were told that each card was shy of three more movies. The staff tried to be helpful, but could do nothing, and we had to pay for our tickets when we should in fact be one movie - now two - in excess of the requirements for a free ticket.
Are there hidden rules? How can SK offer us a free ticket and then change their minds? It was very puzzling, most embarassing and left a nasty taste in the mouth. HELP!
