| Complaint | Our company purchased a billing software solution a while ago from a company called Modern Bill. The software was well presented & really looked like it was up to the task.
After payment was made, it took us 5 days to receive a key to unlock the product. After much trial & error installing Modern Bill, we were up and running. However, after a few initial tests, we discovered that we were unable to add products - a fairly significant flaw in a billing product! We are now nearly two weeks on since buying the product and their support team has been unable to assist us.
We have a useless billing product that Modern Bills team is unable to support. |
