08 April 2008 - SAA Call Centre (SAA)
I am writing this complain as I wait on SAA's line (0861359722) to be helped. I have been on hold for over 14 minutes already & no one has answered. I want to confirm a reservation - how on earth can SAA provide such appalling service? This is shocking SAA - sort it out. A basic expectation of your customers is that calls should be answered timeously. 16 minutes now. I give up....

ComplaintOur company purchased a billing software solution a while ago from a company called Modern Bill. The software was well presented & really looked like it was up to the task.

After payment was made, it took us 5 days to receive a key to unlock the product. After much trial & error installing Modern Bill, we were up and running. However, after a few initial tests, we discovered that we were unable to add products - a fairly significant flaw in a billing product! We are now nearly two weeks on since buying the product and their support team has been unable to assist us.

We have a useless billing product that Modern Bills team is unable to support.
