| Complaint | They just turn off my electricity supply and didn't even have the decentcy to inform me or send a letter stating that the are going to cut my supply if I do not pay my account.My fridge have been off since 14h00 and it is still off and what about my stuff in my fridge because I am going to have a big lost on my meat and perisables and who's fault is it ? Eskom for turning off my supply without any notice.I have been phoning Eskom's Toll free number and keep on talking to either East Londen and Jo'burg and never to Somerset west.They said that I havent paid 2 months accounts and I told them that I have paid it and I have all my slips of payment made and now they want me to pay that accounts again.I have paid it and still my electricity havent been switch on and I getting tired of the bad service of eskom.If the see there fault then I want my money back or I am going to take further steps againts Eskom.Do you think thats fair me paying double my accounts just because they are to damn selfish to think about people like us, our circumstances.I paid my account like they said but who is going to look at my lost of all my meat and stuff in my frigde. |
