| Complaint | I am so unhappy about the service provided by the supervisor of Amazing Vouchers. Her name is Anschke. Aft5er numerous e-mails and phone calls to them telling them that I cannot afford the fees they charge every month i.e R195 becuase I am a single mother and I have a mouth to feed, she insisted that I am liable to the contract and until such time they find someone else to replace me, I am, liable to the debit order. Every month they take R195 out of my account. I am earning about a lot less than I was earning three months ago. I need R195 to buy food this month and they already debited my account. I am really NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I am willing to pay whatever I need to pay for cancellation but they want to hoild me liable for the rest of the 12 months. |

When you signed up with AmazingVouchers, you agreed to a 12 month membership term, as well as to premiums of R195 per month. You were also informed during the sale call that should you wish to cancel, you would then need to send us a written cancellation notice 30 days prior to your final debit.
