| Complaint | Part of dead cocroach in my meal. Called the proprietor over (who refused to give his name) and also to refused to refund the meal. He knows quite a bit of sailors language and spared me non of it. He even made the absurd remark that I had probably stuck that gruesome thing into my meal on purpose !
I am a 44 year old male - I am a certified accountant I was dumb struck at the owners behaviour. I visit Dullstroom often to get away from the city life, but has never been treated in this way in Johannesburg. I was forced to pay the bill even though I had hardly eaten anything. A young gang was hanging around him and the more embarresed I got, the more they would giggle. Because of attitudes like these, we are thinking of leaving the country. It is not politics that are driving us, but this kind of non service!!! |
