08 April 2008 - SAA Call Centre (SAA)
I am writing this complain as I wait on SAA's line (0861359722) to be helped. I have been on hold for over 14 minutes already & no one has answered. I want to confirm a reservation - how on earth can SAA provide such appalling service? This is shocking SAA - sort it out. A basic expectation of your customers is that calls should be answered timeously. 16 minutes now. I give up....

ComplaintAre we paying less to get worse quality at Ster Kinekor Junctions???
Only paying R14 sounds like a good deal right, well I think not!!!
Last night I went to watch Da Vinci’s Code at Ster Kinekor Cape Gate – 19H30 show - 2006-05-24. I am sure quite a lot of people will agree that this is not quite an action movie but that you have to sit and listen to understand what the movie is all about.
Here I am excited to watch the movie, entering the cinema and go sit in the middle row in the centre. No way am I getting out of here halfway through the movie. The previews start and there is this LOUD ringing sound, which is louder than the preview itself. Ignoring it thinking it would go away when the actual movie starts. (My friend still made a joke and said it sounds like a HUGE percolator.) The movie starts and the percolator is not so funny anymore. Trying to fight the sound I got extremely annoyed and missed most of the movie. Even though I wanted to walk out I could not because I was sitting in the middle. I feel that Ster Kinekor wasted round about three hours of my time, spoiled a good movie and wasted R35 because I will probably go to a decent cinema and watch the movie again. I have got three Movie Club Cards – one is Platinum and the others should be Platinum soon. I do support Ster Kinekor but now strongly feel I would rather go and try Nu Metro – maybe I will actually get to see the movie.
