| Complaint | I am discusted in how the service at Game is going down. I bought a Goldair gas heater & the gas bottle that was with it on Saturday. Yesterday I decided to assemble the unit and found that it was the wrong gas bottle. I returned it to game Somerset W and saw the same two units together on display. At the return the lady told me that game do not have the correct bottle. So what Game did was waste my time and petrol got a bit of interest from me and probably 2% of the people kept the wrong gas bottle so Game scores all ways. I found a 11KG gas bottle (Filled) at local store for R287 and yet Game charged me R 299 for a 4.5Kg bottle. I think they are a bunch of ripoff conman and will try my best never to buy from Game again. I will stick to De La Rey |
