| Complaint | We booked a flight with S.A.A. on the internet from Durban to Cape Town return on the 7 th March 2007 for a conference which finishes on the 11 th March 2007.
An hour later we heard that we would have attend another conference in Johannesburg the following day.
We tried to change our flights but were met by a very uncomprmising customer care department who refused to listen to our problem and they basically told us to r
take a running jump at ourselves.
They would not even refund our money so we could make altrnative bookings. |
