| Complaint | Going to the movies on a weekend used to be a relaxing way to spend ones time. However, on not less than three separate occasions, my husband and I have been to watch a movie at Somerset Mall and the experience has left us more tense than when we had arrived. There is absolutely no control over who or what goes into the cinemas anymore. Last weekend whilst trying to enjoy "The Weatherman", we were hassled the whole way through the movie by someone's little dog that was roaming freely around the cinema. During the same movie, a mother sat at the back of the cinema while her newborn baby cried throughout the film with no regard for other moviegoers who also happened to have paid for their tickets. I think I speak for many moviegoers when I say that security and control measures need to be sorted out.....at the moment its almost not worth the effort to go to a movie. |
