| Complaint | To whom it may concern ,
We live 150km from the nearest S/K ,wich is Polokwane (Savanna Mall ). We arrived early enough bought our tickets and went to Spur opposite S/K to kill time to watch the long anticipated movie with my kid. 30 minutes before the scheduled starting time of this movie we stood in a que to buy very expencive popcorn and drinks ,however it took 45 minutes to get to the front because only 2 off the +/-7 service points were in service. If this was not bad enough the movie has started already and yes no seats available ,we were informed to sit on the steps where several other people were already seated. Fine I could not believe this ,seeing that my wife is 6 months pregnant ,how could this be happening. After a lot of arguing I was refunded ,but not my travelling cost nor the fact that my blood preassure went so high I needed medication . I expect to hear from Ster Kinekor soon , we as consumer should not tollerate this bad situations , because after all it is suppose to be entertainment. But the only entertainment I got was from the CLOWN`S working for Ster Kinekor!!!!!!!!! |
