| Complaint | LAST YEAR after an amazing holiday in sun city, we had to report to the airport to fly back to cape town. when we got there, the workers were on strike, everything was chaos, and later that day i heard that the strike could have been avoided, but because the big bosses did not show up for a meeting with the workers the previous day, they decided the only way for the men upstairs to listen, is to strike, inconvience to us of course! Long story short, i missed our end year function, was stuck on the airport from 10 in the morning, with only one small bottle of water to share, and no money to spare, until after twelve that evening! I wrote them a letter afterwards, and then another. no response until i phoned them. only then they wrote a letter back, with a 101 spelling and language errors, (and this is their spokesperson) saying they are sorry to hear about it and please do fly saa again!!!!!!!! no compensation, no nothing! i then wrote another letter, about the way they responded, and that i'm still unhappy for going through such an ordeal, and still no compensation whatsoever! I'm STILL waiting to hear from them! After this, I will never ever fly SAA again, they were not proffessional, they could have avoided the strike. I cant leave it just at that! |
