| Complaint | There have been very bad stock shortages of Infacare Anti-Reflux formula in Cape Town. It was out of stock for the whole of December and January and now again there is no stock in any of the shops.
It is vitally important that a baby remains on the same formula and that one does not change their formula too often: babies are very fussy and it can take days to find another formula that agrees with your child. The most important point regarding this specific formula is that it is for a medical condition (reflux) and so one cannot just change to another type of formula. Now there is also no stock of the Infacare 2 formula, but perhaps this is just at my supermarket? |
