08 April 2008 - SAA Call Centre (SAA)
I am writing this complain as I wait on SAA's line (0861359722) to be helped. I have been on hold for over 14 minutes already & no one has answered. I want to confirm a reservation - how on earth can SAA provide such appalling service? This is shocking SAA - sort it out. A basic expectation of your customers is that calls should be answered timeously. 16 minutes now. I give up....

ComplaintI am truly unhappy with amazing vouchers and will be taking legal actions against them. I cancelled my membership with them last year somewhere between august and october and was told that the last debit order will be January 2008. yet there was once again been a debit order for the R195. If that amount does not appear back in my account within 7 days I will take action.
Response on behalf of Amazing VouchersI am disheartened by the comment that you have posted, as it is misleading. In November 2007, you requested that your membership be terminated and gave Amazing Vouchers your 3 months notice. Unfortunately, two of those monthly debits were unsuccessful (due in November and December of 2007), and your account was debited in February 2008. Had we received those two debits, your account would not have been debited in February 2008 and your membership would have been terminated.

I have tried contacting you, in the hope of finding a solution, but it seems as though you have no interest in resolving this issue as you refuse to communicate with us.
