| Response on behalf of Amazing Vouchers | I am disheartened by the comment that you have posted, as it is misleading. In November 2007, you requested that your membership be terminated and gave Amazing Vouchers your 3 months notice. Unfortunately, two of those monthly debits were unsuccessful (due in November and December of 2007), and your account was debited in February 2008. Had we received those two debits, your account would not have been debited in February 2008 and your membership would have been terminated.
I have tried contacting you, in the hope of finding a solution, but it seems as though you have no interest in resolving this issue as you refuse to communicate with us.
