| Complaint | I find the reward system os SAA Voyager shocking and not worth the frustation. Trying to redeem miles is a mission. Not only this when using the online booking service it is tiresome and eventually leads to error which cannot be refunded. I find that there is no empathy with regards to clients and I feel that the entire SAA/Voyager program is a waste of time. I will never fly SAA again and will ensure that all further bookings for my company and my husbands company will not be done through SAA.
We have been on your loyalty program for years and now find it to be a total waste of time. Often cosing us a premium to fly SAA to earn these points!!! |
