08 April 2008 - SAA Call Centre (SAA)
I am writing this complain as I wait on SAA's line (0861359722) to be helped. I have been on hold for over 14 minutes already & no one has answered. I want to confirm a reservation - how on earth can SAA provide such appalling service? This is shocking SAA - sort it out. A basic expectation of your customers is that calls should be answered timeously. 16 minutes now. I give up....

Complainti am very stressed with this debit order that goes off my account on a monthly basis and in return i do not get a thing out of it. i joined Amazing Voucher in November 2006 and since i have not used the vouchers because the places a quite far as i stay in Soweto and most of he salons will tell you that u have to come maybe on a Friday before 17h00 (how possible is that when one knocks off @ 17h00). i have forwaded a quiry to Amazing Vouchers requesting them to terminate my membership and as a result i was told that i agreed to a twelve month contract and cannot cancel my membership.
i desperately need to have this membership cancelled as i am paying for nothing and could be using this money to pay up my study fees.
Amazing Vouchers is only concerned about making money, and forgeting that they promised us service which they should be making sure that we are satified.
