| Complaint | I canceled my medicash account more than a month and a half ago and asked for the funds left in the account to be transfered to my bank (which should take 10 days) . This has still not happened. It is almost impossible to contact these people by telephone and emails are read but the response comes a few days later but often only after more emails asking for a response. The initial excuse as to why my money was not transfered after the promised 10days is that it went to a Melanie's computer who does not work there anymore. Any way, after many emails and attempted phone calls, and two promises of the transfer taking place tomorrow nothing has happened. I have laid a complaint with the Financial Services Board and am considering taking legal action.
I think that anyone thinking of taking out one of these medicash cards should seriously reconsider because if they have such a problem transferring money how will the medical bills be paid?? |
