| Complaint | Sadly enough I also joined Amazing Vouchers lst year December and am so thankful that the time is up.
Two months ago I emailed the info address asking them for my account details and telling them that I infact wanted to cancel my contract.
Up till now I have still not received any correspondence from them.
I have maybe used 3 vouchers throughout the year, after sifting through lists and lists of vouchers that are of no value, are no longer valid, or that require you to purchase something to get the free voucher.
I just want it to be over and done with and finished!
They hassle you day in and out when they want you to sign up, but when you want to cancel they make it almost impossible for you to get hold of someone - as you need to be logged on for online help, and there are no fax or tel numbers for contacting the company.
I've since warned all friends and family to stay away from this company. |
