I am writing this complain as I wait on SAA's line (0861359722) to be helped. I have been on hold for over 14 minutes already & no one has answered. I want to confirm a reservation - how on earth can SAA provide such appalling service? This is shocking SAA - sort it out. A basic expectation of your customers is that calls should be answered timeously. 16 minutes now. I give up....

Complainti joined amazing vouchers very excited at the idea of doing my nails and being pampered for a set fee monthly, i complained after debits went off my account but i could never use the vouchers because i live in soweto and the their suppliers are always so far, i mean i wont travel to benoni 4 a manicure, i was happy to find a place where i could get a manicure in the jhb cbd, that was the SHADDIEST place ive ever been to, greenpath institute in ghandi square, they used the cheapest nail polish ever, i think the name of the product was "paris", that nail polish is R5 on ellof street, i was so disapointed the next day i spent money to get a professional manicure. amazing flipping vouchers is a scam to top it all, i lost my job so im even struggling to keep up with the debit orders but im afraid of being blacklisted for this stupid service... im patiently waiting for 12months to end while my heart bleeds everytime i see a debit order going off, money that they are stealing from millions of south africans, unemployed ones too. i hope the fat cat at the top of the ladder can sleep at night and i hope they get richer while they can with stolen money coz the wrath of God will catch up with then. i sincerely pray that my membership will be cancelled without hassles, phone calls and emails from me once 12months is up. from: MAL0262-AR003-6-2007
Response on behalf of amazing vouchersI SUBMITTED THIS COMPLAINT ON THE 1ST DECEMBER AND TODAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MICHELLE AND IM PLEASED TO SAY THAT SHE HAS PROMISED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP, REFUND ME FOR THIS MONTH AND ON TOP OF THAT OFFERED ME ONE COMPLEMENTARY MONTH. IM WAITING FOR HER TO SEND ME CONFIRMATION FOR ALL OF THAT AS SHE SAID I WILL RECEIVE IT BEFORE END OF BUSINESS TODAY, IF THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE THAT EVERY MEMBER RECEIVES THEN THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY COMPLAINTS. IF AMAZING VOUCHERS CAN GET PROFESSIONAL PARTNERS CLOSE TO SOWETO THAT ARE GOOD ANE RELIABLE , I PROMISE YOU I WOULD CONSIDER RE-JOINING ONCE IM BACK ON MY FEET AND WORKING AGAIN. IM GLAD I RECEIVED A PROMPT RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT AND I TRUST THE SERVICE WILL GET BETTER AND MEMBERS WILL BE HAPPIER.
