| Complaint | I have signed a contract with the company after receiving a call from lady consultant Naniwe, whereby not all the information was not disclosed. It has been 3 months now they have been deducting an amount of R 195.00 and i have not even received a membership card which i don't need anymore i need to cancel since now i am aware of the rate of complaints from every one who has subcribe.
My request is that the lady consultant contact me so that i could share my dissatisfaction with her and would also like to cancell the monthly debits. |
