| Complaint | I am not happy about the company. When i was crooked to joining this stupid thing, i was told of the wonderful benefits it comes with. I am sorry to say that, the product are useless and very dodgy. they say you get vouchers for manicures etc. thats a lie. those vouchers are valid if you spend a certain amount.
When i tried to cancel the meambership, they told me i had to cancell after 6 months, and on top of it pay R 600.00 cancellation fee.( thats bull).
Worst of all i never even recieved my membership card. well they said they sent it,but i never recieved it. maybe Santa took it to the north pole with him.
Im very very very evry dissapointed. I feel soooo robbed. |
