| Complaint | I would herewith like to lodge a complaint regarding my flight (1019) from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein on the 15th of October 2007.
The flight was delayed twice and my luggage which contained important documents was left in Johannesburg and only arrived here after 19H00 on
15 October 2007.
As a result of the delay and missing documents, I missed two very important meetings which will cost me a very large amount of money.
I consider myself to be a highly respected business man and missing meetings is not acceptable.
How can I recommend this service to any of my business associates now?
I am very disappointed and disgusted.
