| Complaint | Telkom is extremely good with branding and advertising ADSL. I phoned their 0800 375 375 line twice and hold on for the first time for 28 minutes. Then phoned again and after 25 mintes, someone attended to my call. The call was logged and a reference number: 24CWK 020907 was given to me. They do not have a set service level agreement to resolve problems such as these and I phoned them again today to find out what the status is. Needless to say, they don't know and I have just got to wait. They have NO after sales support and I will strongly recomment that you DO NOT consider them as a supplier of choice for broadband / ADSL.
